Any work we carry out is governed by the written scope you approve for your specific property.

Conditions concealed by the existing roof covering, such as deteriorated decking, cannot always be identified until the roof is opened, and where our written scope states a rate for such items that rate applies. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document and may be affected afterwards by changes in material cost. Scheduled appointments and work dates may need to be moved for weather, which in roofing is a practical necessity rather than a preference. Work proceeds only once you have approved the written scope.
